Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do I have to sign a long term lease?

Answer: No. All of our leases are on a month-to-month basis. You can receive a discount for paying 6 or months in advance. 

Question: Do you provide a lock for the storage space?

Answer: No. For security purposes, we have all of our customers provide their own lock. Whoever has a key to your lock will have access to the storage space.

Question: Can I access the space 24 hours a day?

Answer: Our standard gate hours are from 7am to 9pm. 

Question: What if I need a smaller or larger space?

Answer: You can always transfer your property to a smaller or larger space whenever the spaces are available. There is no charge for this. 

Question: What security features do you provide?

Answer: Our facilities are all equipped with video cameras with recording devices. The Omaha location also has keypad entry gates at the front of their properties so only customers have access to the storage area. The storage areas are also completely fenced in around the perimeter. The facilities are lighted for your safety at night. Also, all of our properties have on-site resident managers. 

Question: Do you accept credit cards?

Answer: We accept Visa and MasterCard.
